finde,
weil
es
sich
dabei
um
ein
globales
Problem
handelt,
dass
die
Regierungen
der
gesamten
Welt
die
Verantwortung
haben,
zusammenzuarbeiten
und
ein
Regelwerk
aufzubauen,
das
dazu
führt,
dass
CO2
-Emissionen
nachhaltig
abgebaut
werden
oder
reduziert
werden
und
dass
das
auch
wirklich
umgesetzt
wird
und
nicht
einfach
nur
leere
Versprechungen
bleiben.
Ich
denke,
da
liegt
die
Hauptverantwortung.
I think that because this is a global problem, the governments of the entire world have a responsibility to work together and develop a set of rules that will lead to a sustainable reduction in CO2 emissions and that this will actually be implemented and not just remain empty promises. I think that is where the main responsibility lies.
