I think everyone is responsible for climate change, but at the same time, if all of the small people do their part, it won't necessarily change the big outcome because all the extremely rich people, the billionaires and the big companies, if they don't change anything, then nothing will change because they use up the most amount of CO2. So we can do our part, but it's not going to stop anything if the rich people don't do anything.
